ORDERS & PAYMENT

• Pre-orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance.
• Custom orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup/delivery will be charged in full.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• No refunds - All sales are final.

ALLERGIES

• Our products may contain dairy, nuts, wheat, gelatin products.
• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.

PICKUP & DELIVERY

• Pickup is in Surrey, BC. - Address will be provided upon confirmation.
• Delivery is available for custom orders only within a 10km radius of Surrey, BC for an additional fee of $30.00.
• Lower mainland radius above 10km will have an additional $50.00 delivery fee.
• Please be on time. No-shows will result in a cancellation without refund.

CAKE CARE

• Please keep your cake in a cool, dry place away from heat, sunlight, and humidity.
• If not serving right away, store the cake in the refrigerator.
• Transport on a flat, level surface and handle with care.
• Do not leave the cake in a warm vehicle or room for long periods.

Please note once your order has been picked up or delivered, all responsibility for the cake's condition and safety is transferred to the customer. We are not responsible for any damage, melting, shifting, or changes to the cake caused by transport, storage, handling or venue conditions.
